a monk ranger → remove beard → change staff in right hand for a spear with a silver tip → remove the sword, instead show the hands holding the spear → add shaggy brown hair to his head, remove the spear and put a hand axe in his left hand and a silver dagger in his right hand. → remove the shoulder armor pieces on each shoulder leaving just a robe around his shoulders and arms → change appearance to that of a thin "goliath" (larger humanoid) and remove armor on shoulders, robe only
