Futuristic Eastern European City Inspired by Cyberpunk and Half-Life 2

Creatre an eastern european (Romania) city landscape. It should be thematically similar to Half-Life 2 as well as cyberpunk, feature some Eastern European (Romanian) architecture and landmarks and picture streets and buildings in the distant future (100 years from now) but also be sufficiently photorealistic that is is recognizable. For the buildings, you can use a combination of architecture styles (eclectic), including historical, such as Brancovenesc, more modern, and even communist or other brutalist ones. You could also picture some infrastructure such as overpasses, bridges, or hyperloops.
