Tall Ugly Witch in Watercolor Style

A very tall witch, very old and ugly, skinny with long lank hair, a long nose wearing a long grubby black dress down to her calves, scruffy and torn, buttoned up to her throat. She wears striped leggings, blue and green stripes on one leg, red and yellow on the other leg and black boots.
